Which (hopefully) means warmer weather, and finals! We hope you rock all of your exams and have an excellent summer break! For those of you graduating and moving on, we wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors. Thank you for being part of The Marq family! REMINDER: We have several floor plans already sold out for next year. If you’re interested in renewing, please come talk to us before it’s too late!   Special Highlight If you haven’t renewed your lease yet, now is the time! Do you know any friends considering The Marq for summer housing? We’re filling up quickly, so bring them in today for a tour! Smoking in your apartment is NOT allowed. Doing so can carry a fine of $100 per resident and lead to eviction with additional fines of $250 per resident. There is no smoking allowed in the lobby, clubhouse, parking garage, stairwells, elevator, or within 30 feet of any entry door to the buildings.   Reminders & Updates   New office hours started March 19. We are now available Monday–Saturday from 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Electricity bills: Electricity bills are split per the number of residents in each apartment. Bills will be posted to your account by the 1st of each month, so please make your payment when you pay your monthly installment. Spring has sprung, and we can’t wait for our April events! Events are a great way to meet new friends and get to know your neighbors. Plus, there’s always free food! This is in preparation for move-out, as well. Please note: Smoking in your apartment is NOT allowed. Smoking in your apartment can carry a fine of $100 per resident and lead to eviction. Spring will be here before we know it, but since it’s still cold and you’re bundled up inside anyway, why not stop by our March events? We had a pipe freeze and burst in the suites in January due to someone leaving their windows wide open and heat off over the break, and it flooded several apartments, affecting multiple residents.
